Angels Where will the Angels finish in 2011?

Peter Bourjos, it's your time to shine man! The Angels will be forced to use young guys, unproven guys, and guys who have proven zilch (Brandon Woods and his 71-6 k to walk total, awesome!). Kendry Morales returns from injury, barring another wild celebration. Vernon Wells is the big addition in the lineup, I mean, big if you mean salary wise. The rotation looks solid on paper, but everyone knows how fragile Santana and Kazmir are. It's solid but not spectacular, however, there's potential depending on what the 2-4 guys do after Weaver. Downs and Takahashi were added to bolster the pen, it too has the potential to be solid however very unspectacular (Rodney still closes, good luck with that one)

Could be a decent team, but they seem to be lacking a player or two that could make you go "Wow!". Hover around .500 again? You decide.

I have the Angels finishing third for the second straight year. The A's have improved a lot and the Rangers have the offense to crush a lot. The Angels are weak at closer, catcher and third. Plus they are hoping Bourjos can hit MLB pitching or else Wells will go to CF and Abreu will be forced to play LF. The rotation has the potential to be good but I like the A's a lot better and the Rangers rotation isn't horrible. I just don't see them having enough offense to overtake the A's and Rangers.

The team has really good starting pitching with Haren and Weaver, but there bullpen is very suspect. The hitting is not terrible, but it does not compare to the team I think is going to win the division the Texas Rangers.
