According to Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com, the Angels are showing interest in Scott Podsednik.
Not exactly what Angels fans were hoping for when the offseason began. Podsednik, who turns 35 in March, batted .297/.342/.382 between the Royals and Dodgers last season. While he stole 35 bases, he was also caught 15 times. According to Rosenthal, he would play left field and potentially lead off for Mike Scioscia's club.

They best get Beltre or else Angel fans might throw there feces like a real rally monkey!

I can only hope they sign Pods away from the Dodgers by dishing out another Steve Finley-like contract.
