Angels Not so shocking news in 2010, a SP is hurt

Continuing the trend of an important starting pitcher for the angels to be injured, Ervin Santana was scratched from his spring start. It's mild. But what?

He caused a bursa sac to be inflamed.. after bumping his elbow? Seriously? I have this habit of smacking my arm, hand, or elbow on door handles or the wall when I walk down my hall. If I were a starting pitcher, I would be missing a lot of starts in other words?

I'm disappointed that Kelvim Escobar isn't with the team anymore. Seems like no one in sports besides Mark Prior or Brian Westbrook has been more of a repeated on/off, nagging injury, kind of question mark than Escobar.

I guess that's why Escobar is a Met, now.

Ken Griffey's hamstring and Grant Hill's ankle say hi.

You haven't followed Glen Perkins' career, have you?
