According to the Los Angeles Times, Erick Aybar "touched off a bench-clearing brawl Saturday by charging the mound with a bat" during a Dominican winter league game.
The newspaper reports that the "incident could land Aybar in hot water" because the league is investigating whether his actions led to spectators suffering injuries due to players "repeatedly throwing things into the stands."

Those wacky Dominicans!! Glad to see Aybar takes his Winter League play so seriously. I wonder what the Angels will do to Aybar or if he has to face possible police action.
