Looks like the A's and A's are all tied up. I never like to gloat as I know how quickly it can turn around but........it is the first time in a very long time we can can say we are on top.......with the way the West divisions have been going...it is anyones game huh? I mean with the exception of the AL East, no other division besides us is giving competition.......

gloat? dude, we've used the DL 11 times this year...more than all of last year already. It really should be 13 times with the 2 weeks Street missed in May and now Chavez hurting. No other team is even close to that man...if we were healthy, we'd have a huge lead. As it is, we are still in 1st and I'd bethat the A's don't get healthy if I were you because with your defense you need the help.
From what I have been able to see and keep up with, both the D and the O need help. They did kick it up some but........guess we'll see......
Did you happen to catch your A's highlighted on last Saturdays TWIB? It really bugs me how these sports shows tend to focus only on the "stars" and totally ignore everyone else. There are 25 guys on the team, not just a few......but then it is FUX so go figure......

no, I didn't see it because Fox tricked me...we usually get 1 PM games here and the show TWIB before that...they almost always show TWIB at 12:30 IIRC...well, they didn't show it and then there was a Red Sox game at 4 (I forgot they were playing Seattle), but I don't know if they showed TWIB before the 4 o'clock gameOriginally Posted by riverdunesrat
