Decent Start To Season

5-4. Not great but not bad either. And considering the Royals recent history, not bad is a good thing. If only the bats could wake up. The pitching has been tremendous so far, minus a couple Farnsworth meltdowns. Plus they have won both series vs. divisional opponents. It's way early but there are some positives to keep hope alive, especially in this division.

I like what the Royals have done so far. Gil Meche has continued to show that he deserved the contract he got. Farnsworth on the hand has not. Juan Cruz was a great signing and Crisp has looked good too.

At the rate Farnsworth is going he might be working at a BBQ joint by the end of the season.
