    Willy Taveras's hitting streak

    27 games now. When does it end?

    I have far, far, far less faith in Taveras than I could ever have in Utley, so I chose 28-30.

    It doesn't help that Taveras has extended the streak several times just because of speed alone and not any actual hitting prowess (though this tends to always happen, I've found it much more noticable with him). He's got like, 5 extra base hits in his 27 games, which is just depressingly bad.

    But like I said, it ends soon.

    I'm with McKain on this for the same reasons. I said 28-30.
    Integrity can accommodate the inadvertent error and the honest difference of opinion; it cannot accommodate deceit or subordination of principle.
