    47-year old Julio Franco signs a TWO year deal with the Mets

    Again with the Mets. This would put Franco at 49 years old when the contract is over. Wonder if he'll make it to 50.

    If he can still handle it, why not? Franco still has a bit of pop and can get on base at a good clip. I can't help but to root for the guy.
