Well..not like we have a great deal of hope for Julio as anything more than a setup guy who isn't quite wired right in the head....
We're not going to be competing for a division title or playoff spot anyway... our SP has a few rough gems, but nothing 1-5 that is great.. Benson would probably be a #3 starter.... possibly higher, depending on what the O's would do with him coaching wise....
All I would say if this does happen would be directed at Julio.. and that would be "Dont let the door hit you, where the good Lord split you..."

I know... only once in his career over 200 IP.. career ERA over 4....
But SP is more of a need for Baltimore than RP.... and Benson does have talent, just never panned thru with it.... I do think there may be something more to the deal though, not just 1 for 1... maybe a PTBNL or a bit of ca$h

MSG reported it a done deal earlier today, and then 45 minutes later pulled it off the site. It is believed that Mianya wanted Adam Loewen in addtion to Julio and that was/is the snag.
