Reyes is not a prospect. He's a bum. You guys are also the ones stuck in mediocrity, so true to form, you made a mediocre deal.

Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

People would have called Gonzalez a bum before this season too.
Does Gonzalez hit at least 13 homers for the Braves to finish with a 30 homerun season?

We haven't even mentioned the two prospects the Braves got. I guess because they aren't elite status, nobody pays attention.
I've watched and read a bit about Collins and I think it's love..
Yeah, I'm more sad to see Escobar go than Reyes (read: not sad at all). Having seen Reyes pitch, I'm not at all impressed. He's a 6th starter at best, as it stands, and he hasn't made any progress in like 2-3 years, none whatsoever. I wouldn't even really call him a prospect, guy couldn't cut it in AAA.

Huh. Yunel Escobar: 0 HR in 75 games with Atlanta. Already 2 HR in 4 games with Toronto and hitting .470+.
So it's true what they say: the American League really does have better hitting.
It's also true what they say: Yunel Escobar is a piece of shit.
Wish i could like above pogst.
