The Orioles have reached an agreement with free agent Miguel Tejada on a one-year deal, according to a team source, reuniting with the six-time All-Star who played in Baltimore from 2004-2007.
Terms of the deal, which is pending a physical that will take place over the next couple days, are not known at this time.
Tejada hit .313 with 14 home runs and 86 RBIs in 158 games last season for the Houston Astros.
After spending four seasons with the Orioles, Tejada was dealt to the Astros in December 2007 for Mike Costanzo, Matt Albers, Troy Patton, Dennis Sarfate and Luke Scott.
