    Dodgers Dodgers Claimed Belliard?

The Washington Times reports there's a "rumor" that the Dodgers have claimed Ronnie Belliard off waivers.
The Dodgers have expressed interest in Belliard all season, and the two teams are reportedly working on a trade. Belliard is owed $1.9 million next season, but the Nationals plan on sticking Emilio Bonifacio at second next season.
It would be like having a Mini-Manny with the hair and body type. Belliard is a better option off the bench than Hu and Dewitt as far as offense goes. Dodgers should make this move.

It could be a move to block Arizona from getting him.

And give up Mark Sweeney's roster spot? Harsh.
