Really wanted A-Rod to just say "Screw You!" and come to Boston. BUT I knew it was really only the Yankees and everyone else, no matter what EITHER side said. When A-Rod does sign, that's the MONSTER domino, watch all the other free agents come crashing down along with him.

So, how are the Yankees playing this? The fact that they bidded against themselves for $52 million more and more years of A-Rod.... at least Texas will have some cash to play around with this offseason, Chan Ho Park is still looking for work last I heard.
