Mets Chan Ho Park Signs 1yr deal with Mets

Reports out of Korea put the deal at $3 million. If that's what Ramon Ortiz is worth, then Park deserves $3 million, too. Still, it'd be a mistake to guarantee him a rotation spot. He'd likely be more effective working out of the pen.
With Pedro out for a few months I know the Mets need help with there rotation.

I wish the Cardinals would go out and sign a mediocre pitcher

For the Mets sake I hope he is being used as a reliever.

He did well in San Diego. Not spectacular, but he was decent.

The Mets continue to stockpile mediocrity in their rotation. Perhaps him and Kaz Matsui can bond though...oh wait...
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

    Brewers

I heard Chan Ho Park can be a dominate closer, maybe the Mets will use him in the set-up role! If that is true, it could a nice matchup with Wagner.

Paul Lo Duca, Kaz Ishii, Jose Valentin, Duaner Sanchez, Guillermo Mota, Shawn Green, and now Chan Ho Park. New York, New York, it's hellava place to dump your old Dodgers.

Duaner Sanchez hasn't been too shabby as a Met.

Yeah, no shit. Ned Colletti is not exactly Billy Beane at making trades.

I don't think Chan Ho can be considered a dominant anything.
