    Steve Kline stays with Giants

ESPN.com is reporting that free agent Steve Kline has agreed to stay with the Giants on a two-year, $3.5 million contract.
Kline hasn't exactly been a specialist the last two years, what with lefties hitting .321 against him in 2005 and .261 last season. Still, he continues to post solid ERAs, including a 3.66 mark in 51 2/3 innings last season. He's easily worth $1.75 million per year.

That's a great signing for someone with a career ERA below 3.50. Good move by the Giants.
