Dave Roberts agrees to terms w/ Giants

Dave Roberts has agreed to terms with the Giants on a three-year contract worth $18 million, sources told the San Diego Union-Tribune.
The deal has been all but done for almost a week now, but it looks like it may be finalized within the next day or two.

Dave Roberts? Isn't he too young to play for the Giants?

The Giants are upgrading a bit in their outfield. They have a few guys that can actually play some defense.

I actually like the Giants moves this off-season. I think they are going to be a very competitive team and they are doing it relatively cheap, at least compared to the Dodgers. Plus, it doesn't look like they want Bonds around next year either.

Three years isn't bad at all and we have a nice, decent leadoff hitter. Still have zero power!
