Even Wells is better than Lohse.

And the Pirates now have Chacon.

At least Chacon has some potential(for the Pirates)

Nice effort by the Pirates/Rangers. Better than Kyle Lohse.

How is it a nice effort to trade a starting OF for a subpar pitcher?

Because everyone wants a pitcher who once had 30 some saves with a 7 plus ERA. That's just awesome!

Another deal where we don't get much but at least we don't give much up. Who knows. Maybe Wells can get back on track in Texas.
