    Time to get over it. I saw the video of that view in your picture and am still not convinced his hand couldn't have gone under the foot of the catcher (and Holiday maintains he was stepped on). Keep in mind your "definitive" picture is taken AFTER Holidays arms have already been bent backward after making contact with the foot of the catcher and possibly going under.

    Whatever though. On to the World Series.
