of course, the celebration appears to be quite short-lived, but oh well, got past a team no one said we could.

Some Blackhawks fans are getting cocky about the Wild, predicting a sweep. Anybody who knows hockey, and saw Game 1 particularly, should have seen how many chances the Wild had on shots that were 1 or 2" off target. This series could easily be 1-1 right now. I do not take Minnesota for granted in this series, and I don't think Quenneville or the Hawks players do either.

Hmmm...maybe they did take Minnesota for granted last night. 4-0 Wild. Hawks looked like they were sleep walking through most of the first two periods, then only woke up after Minn scored their 2nd goal. Oh well.

No NHL Playoff talk? wtf!? Awaiting the start of tonight's Hawks v Wild Game. I really hope the Hawks come out smoking and put Minnesota away. Go Habs! Definitely hope Montreal takes Boston. Pens v Rangers. Nothing against you, Mach, or the Pens, but I just lean more toward hoping the Rangers win. Kings Ducks. Not sure how I feel about that one. Lean slightly toward the Kings, I guess. Only series other than the Hawks that I really feel strongly about is Canadiens v Bruins. Kick Boston's ass, Subban!
