    I'm making a slight rule change that if a GM had formerly matched an offer, but wants to change their mind, so long as the team that originally won the high bid still wants the player, it can be done. It's partially to allow more flexibility, it's partially for new GMs who take over and either want to try get their old player back or new GMs who take over and don't want someone who was re-signed but don't want to cut them and eat all the dead money.
