    Cubby Fan starter rosters

    http://www.fumblen.de/CubbyFanv3.lg.zip

For when folks get the itch to start a league on 6.5 and want an optimal set. The link will pop up a download and this should be the stats on it:

    154MB zip file

    unzipped:

    22 folders
    54,426 files
    930MB size
    1.01 GB size on disk

on W7 if it matters at all

Big huge thanks to OrioleMagic for providing them since no one could find them uncorrupted elsewhere.

    Re: Cubby Fan starter rosters

I found a CubbyfanV3 rosterset on my old laptop from 2007. If you want me to upload it let me know. The one I uploaded yesterday is in 2021 and sports a robust Baltimore team that was built against the CPU controlled teams.

I also have my Opening Day 1991 Hybrid Rosterset. The original rosterset started in 1987. It is a 36 team league so if someone wanted to, they could start a new HSL and we'd each have a team in the AL and another in the NL.... Just an idea.

If the original Cubby is good to go, throw it up and I'll replace it on my server.

Nothing, I just hosted it in a more steady place is all. OM has the files and stuff.

Mach's file has a 10-10-10-10-10 20 year old Derek Jeter that never ages or has a talent hit.

It'd be Mussina and Clemens and the ghost of Paul O'Neill with maybe Wade Boggs. I actually never liked Jeter much.

I think it's because he could never be faulted by anyone, despite the fact he couldn't field for shit and likely grounded into 3 double plays in the time it took me to type this.

mussina was a spineless cock sucker, and clemens was a hired gun. i never really had a problem with boggs though, except by the time he got here he was a total corpse, as evidence by him splitting time with eternally awful charlie hayes.

Mussina was a hired gun, too, let's not go too far there.

Bah, Moose was a strange awesome dude, just hung on too long. Clemens was a great hired gun though.
