It means they have the right to refuse a trade. In my experience, they usually do and it serves to screw over a GM because they're usually the high dollar players.

Got called into work again this morning. Plus the upload is giving me fits. Will upload ASAP.

Just so you guys know, the delay in uploading hasn't been due to the game itself or rosters or anything like that. External crap has come up that has taken my full attention away. I will get it uploaded as soon as humanly possible. I'm uploading the actual stuff we're using so you all can get a look at the rosters and stuff. My FTP client has been acting wonky on me for the past couple of days, so I shut everything down and restarted this morning, but didn't have time to upload before I had to go to work.

By the by, the one thing I HATE about 15 is the length of time it takes to upload. Sims may have to be in the morning and uploads will be complete probably by the next day. Much more complex than 6.5. I've tried 3 different FTP clients to try to speed it up and it really doesn't make that much of a difference.

There is, but it's slower than FTP. It's not quite 24 hours. Unless we want the independent leagues (Korean, Japanese, Cuban, etc.), I can eliminate about 6 or 7 leagues, which should lower the time.

That's what I wanted to hear. It was going to be one of those things that I was going to let the league decide. I am working on a new method of uploading. I will hopefully have results soon.

And from what I can tell, the new way I uploaded worked successfully. Just have some fine tuning on the website to get it presentable for you all. Should have it by tomorrow morning. Had to make a change to have the star ratings show up.
