Cincy Reds Trade Block

I want to finish the transistion from the big Red machine to the great young core I have. Pete Rose (unbanned and hitting everything), Tom Hume, and Tony Perez are on the block.

Needs:
Upgrade at Catcher. I found one decent guy at AAA.
Pen some guys are getting older and need some youth.
And I could always add more youth to a team who only have 5 guys older than 32 (Rose, Concepcion, Perez, Hume, and Parker).

Tom Hume (32 yrs old, 3.38 ERA)
Dave Concepcion (.308 aver, can play about anywhere)
