Yep. Unless you don't have anyone on your roster that are 2 years or fewer, then you can pick who you want.

yes it is. the two years or fewer rule. It was to promote keeping a roster spot with a young pre arby player.

Its set to 16 teamer, 4 keepers (there is a catch to the 4th keeper, must be a guy with 2 or less years experience if applicable), draft is tentatively set to the 24th at 1 PM PST.

Head to Head, 10 by 10 but can be tweaked if necessary.
