Since 2006, when Zim became nationally known and almost won ROTY, he has failed to live up to his expectations. In 2007 he hit only .266, 24, 91. "Good" numbers, but not outstanding. This year, he's at .266, 8, 29. He has lost all evidence of his contact bat, and his power is inconsistent. Definitely go with Vasquez.
