    Fantasy baseball, with a catch.

Draft time March 31st at 2:15 PM CST

But, here's the catch, you have to suck! Here's how the scoring set up looks.

    Home Runs -10 Points
    Caught Stealing 25 Points
    Strikeouts 2 Points
Ground Into Double Play 15 Points
    Total Bases -1 Points
    Errors 20 Points
    Losses 15 Points
    Hits 1 Points
    Runs 2 Points
    Walks 3 Points
    Hit Batters 20 Points
    Strikeouts -4 Points

The trick, though, is you have to find players that suck...but will get a lot of playing time.

PM me with an email address if you want to join and I'll send an invite.

So basically, the ideal players for this league setup would be low-AVG, high-K, low-HR batters like Jason Lane and high-loss, low-K pitchers like Josh Fogg and Ramon Ortiz.

I'll join when I get home from work.

Leo, you have the league settings set up wrong. You have it as a rotisserie league, but you're supposed to have it set up as a points league, and then enter the corresponding point values.

I simply picked the "Hall of Shame" custom league Yahoo provided. They have it set up the way they like.

Rotisserie works on points, only the standings are based on the rankings you have off those points instead of blanket point values.

The description for Hall of Shame is by Points Only, though.

Express Settings - Hall of Shame

The Hall of Shame rewards futility! The worse your players perform in real life, the more points you'll score. Look for players who strikeout, lose games, commit errors... but still play every day. Like other Points leagues, fantasy points are awarded based on how your players perform in each of several statistical categories. All real-life statistics have associated point values, and each player's points are summed to produce your daily total. The team with the highest total at the end of the year wins its league championship.

All I know is I picked the circle for custom leagues and then I clicked the circle for "Hall of Shame" and Yahoo did the rest for me.

OK, I know what happened. When I created the league the custom URL i tried first was taken and it reloaded the first page. When it did this I made it the default settings.

I edited it all to what it should be. Thanks for pointing it out.

According to these settings, the top batter last year was FELIPE LOPEZ with 902 fantasy points. Dude had 11 HR, but 12 CS, 126 K, 9 GIDP, only 235 TB, and made 28 errors.

    Top pitcher was JASON MARQUIS. 16 losses, 136 R, 221 H, 75 BB, 16 HBP, only 96 K.

As predicted, Ramon Ortiz is up there, being second for the pitchers. Johan Santana is basically undraftable.

This sounds hilarious. For some reason the first batter I thought of was Felipe Lopez. I'm definitely in.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

This is one draft you don't want to miss, though. Or you want to make sure you pre rank your players.

Otherwise you'll be stuck with Puljos, Santana, A-Rod, etc etc
