That's where I got my stats from.
And I agree the difference is huge, I just thought A to MLB was off base. Maybe an AA/AAA type league. It's a totally different style.
I avoided Ohka due to the weird discrepancy
And Sasaki did pitch in Japan for Yokohama

Suzuki, not Sasaki.
Mac Suzuki signed with an MLB team right at 18 when he first could, one of the only examples I can think of whjo did that.
Japan is more AAAA then single A.Quote:

I have a hunch this guy will go very early in most drafts next year, depending on his showing in the spring.
We'll see, won't we? I'd take a flier on him in a keeper league, or in the 2nd or 3rd round in a re-draft league.
I think the first pitchers to go will be Santana, Carpenter, Webb, Halladay, and then this guy, maybe.
Wow, really? Ahead of Oswalt? Zambrano? Peavy? Heck, Verlander even? Ehhh...Quote:

Like I said, we will see in the spring, won't we? As was said, he will likely go too early in many drafts. As one with Santana in a keeper league (and the other guys mentioned also being kept), I suppose he will be one of the first players drafted when we have our draft.Quote:
