So the Panthers fired their GM just over a year after making it to the Super Bowl. Granted, his decision to franchise tag Josh Norman and then waiting until long after free agency was over to rescind the tag was his undoing, but then again, didn't Dez Bryant mock that the Redskins should get their money back based on Norman's play last year?
