Witlon give me your NFL Franchise All Time Rankings

Measure them, quantify them however you want. From #32 to #1 how do you rank the NFL franchises.

You can include, # of HOFers, Longevity, Impact, Superbowl/Division/Conference/League Championships ect.

    Schisno's #32 - Detroit Lions

Shit, I'll make a list at work tonight if I remember. The Lions are almost certainly #32, though, 8 division championships in 85 years is crazy.

I'd say so, no Superbowl appearances and just how bad they have been for periods of time. Though they've had some great players like Barry Sanders and now Calvin Johnson.

#31 could be Browns or Texans.

Browns have the 8 pre-Superbowl era championships, I think they're higher. I'd be fine with the Texans there, though.

I'm thinking the Falcons though, almost 50 years, 0 championships, and what, 2 hall of famers?

They did make a Superbowl, and they've had spurts of competitiveness. I could see them at 30, the Texans because they haven't been around long enough and just starting to have a swing of competitiveness.

They didn't make a Super Bowl. The 1998 playoffs have been removed from history.

Re: Witlon give me your NFL Franchise All Time Rankings

If you take away the past 13 years, they were one of the more steady franchises, with numerous HOFers and Superbowl championships and the impact on the game itself.

Of course the losing touch with the game itself and its evolution over the past 13 years can drop a team outside the top ten?

I think mine would be pretty close to what prince has, although I'd rank Arizona higher. They had some success while they were in Chi-Town back in the day.

Saints are a bit high if you consider how long it took them to get good under Payton. You can't forget the 'Aints and selling the farm for Ricky Williams. Ravens, depends on if you count them as a separate entity from the original Browns, especially if you're going to count the Cardinals' Chicago days.

This Prynce list is very good. I'm sure I'd have quibbles if I looked closer but a great baseline
