    #13 - New Orleans Saints
    DE Shane Ray, Missouri

Ray has some serious speed and jump off the edge. The Saints have a penchant for taking some of the more physical marvels in the draft, or players who had injury issues that may have been drafted higher if not for those issues. Ray can be a physical freak for the Saints defense but they should consider DeVante Parker or Jaelen Strong should be a consideration as Kenny Stills and Jimmy Graham were shipped off and outside of Brandin Cooks and an OLD Marques Colston, Drew Brees doesn't have the type of weapons he use to.

Can easily be a WR here with TE Maxx Williams coming off the boards to the Saints at 31.

    #14 - Miami Dolphins
    WR DeVante Parker

    - Kenny Stills and Jarvis Landry are in place. Jordan Cameron was added. Still, the Dolphins need more offensive weapons for Ryan Tannehill. Protecting him is key, but after reaching for a RT prospect last year, guard help should be available in Round 2. Improving the weapons around Tannehill should be the desire here. Secondary should be less of a need, with Suh providing more pressure up the middle.

Others considered: La'el Collins, Jalen Collins, Marcus Peters, Kevin Johnson.

    #15 - San Francisco 49ers
    DE Arik Armstead, Oregon

Going back and forth on this selection, I've decided the 49ers needed more help in their front seven with the release of Ray McDonald, Justin Smith retiring or maybe retiring and the lost of both Patrick Willis and Chris Borland. Armstead is still relatively raw but offers great size on the line and flashed his potential at the college level. The 49ers can probably expect another season outside the playoffs but can find a player that will help them down the line.

This pick could easily be a cornerback like Marcus Peters or Ronald Darby but the 49ers have a lot of bodies at cornerback and might be comfortable enough leaving this position until the next couple rounds.

    #16 Houston Texans
    CB Jalen Collins, Louisiana State

    - Kareem Jackson is back. Jonathan Joseph is still around, but is 30. Counting on AJ Bouye and Darryl Morris for key snaps next season probably isn't a good idea in this NFL. Right tackle is a need, but Derek Newton was re-signed, so it's not a glaring must draft spot here in the first. I'm not sold on Jaelen Strong being the answer to replace Andre Johnson, either.

Others considered: Jaelen Strong, Dorial Green-Beckham, Ereck Flowers, La'el Collins, Marcus Peters, Kevin Johnson.

    #17 - Kansas City Chiefs
    OT/C Cameron Erving, Florida State

The Chiefs lost Rodney Hudson to the rival Raiders and could use a replacement. They added Ben Grubbs after trading with the Saints to shore up their interior line, but are they ready to give the starting job to former sixth round pick Eric Kush? Even if he doesn't start at center, Andy Reid and company can play him at multiple positions on the line. Kansas City is thin at cornerback as well and could look at a cover man like Kevin Johnson of Wake Forest or Marcus Peters of Washington.

There's a strong push from the draft beatniks that the Chiefs will take either Jaelen Strong or Dorial Beckham-Green, but between his time in Philadelphia and Kansas City Andy Reid's team has only drafted one receiver in the first round and they just happened to sign that man this offseason. With Jeremy Maclin in tow, expect the Chiefs to add another playmaker in the second (Devin Smith or Breshad Perriman) or later rounds.

    #18 - San Diego Chargers
    NT Jordan Phillips, Oklahoma

Apparently, the Chargers pick ahead of the Chiefs in real life, and Mach's list I used for GML was wrong. Oh well, it doesn't change this pick. Some of Phillips' film is less than inspiring, but he's clearly the #2 nose tackle on my board, and suring up the run defense should be a priority for the Chargers. Halfback is also a need, but it can be gotten later in the draft, perhaps as soon as round 2.

Others considered: Todd Gurley, Malcom Brown, Eddie Goldman, La'el Collins.

    #19 - Cleveland Browns
    WR Jaelen Strong, Arizona State

Sure Mach doesn't know the true order of the draft and the Browns signed Dwayne Bowe, but he hasn't been a significant weapon since 2011 but gives Cleveland a solid #2 receiver. Jaelen Strong has a large catch radius and can make the difficult ones, he'll offer a red zone threat and can handle jump balls that McCown or Manziel are sure to throw. I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to load up on defense in the first round with Bud Dupree hanging around. With the lost of Buster Skrine there is a chance for a CB to be drafted, especially with Justin Gilbert not making much of an impact and following the self destructive path of Johnny Manziel.

    #20 Philadelphia Eagles
    S Landon Collins, Alabama

    - Bud Dupree is an option, but we'll go with Mach's favorite player in the draft, Alabama safety Landon Collins. Nate Allen is gone, and an upgrade would've been needed anyway. Fixing the secondary has been a priority all offseason for Chip Kelly's crew, and with the additions of Walter Thurmond and Byron Maxwell, they can finish the job here. A wide reciever is another option, but the depth at the position makes that less of a priority.

    #21 - Cincinnati Bengals
    DE Alvin Dupree, Kentucky

The Bengals could use a little more depth at safety and I had Landon Collins landing here, but they also could use some more help taking the quarterback down. Dupree is a productive pass rusher, that will help the Bengals defense pressure the quarterback. If they want to put Andy Dalton on notice the Bengals could also look at grabbing Brett Hundley.

    #22 - Pittsburgh Steelers
    CB Marcus Peters, Washington

Character concerns are there, but this is a great landing spot for Peters, in a sturdy locker room. They need someone, anyone other than William Gay at corner, and Peters may be the most talented DB in this draft class. Biggest need meets best talent available, again.

    #23 - Detroit Lions
    RB Todd Gurley, Georgia

The Lions need to replace Suh's contribution to the defense but there isn't a DT on the board right now that can be as impactful (or close enough) and they can get by with drafting a long term solution at RT later. Reggie Bush is gone and right now the Lions remain unbalanced on offense with Joique Bell set to start at RB. Gurley has been dubbed a first half first rounder, so the Lions look to add a running back that will help take the load off of Stafford, Megatron and Golden Tate.

Of course if they want to go with a defensive tackle to replace Suh and possible Ngata after this upcoming season then you might see Eddie Goldman snapped up here. Another option will be OT TJ Clemmings of Pittsburgh.

I Like Riddick a lot - you don't think he can take over as a premier back?
