    #34 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
    OG A.J. Cann, South Carolina

Works best as a power blocking lineman, and could be Dirk Koetter's new Justin Blalock in Tampa Bay. Lovie likes the power run game anyway, so this is a great fit. Considered a 4-3 DE to replace Johnson, but DE is a little bit deeper and can be settled later.

    #35 - Oakland Raiders
    DE Owamagbe Odighizuwa, UCLA

After upgrading the receiver position the Oakland Raiders still face numerous holes on its roster, needing more talent at corner, offensive line and defensive line. Reggie McKenzie brings in the former Bruin based on best player available and need. Right now the Raiders have Justin Tuck and Benson Mayowa or Shelby Miller starting at defensive end. Odighizuwa has the ability to set the edge and take on blockers to free up pass rushers to get to the QB. He's physically impressive and I hear that's what Reggie likes.

    #36 - Jacksonville Jaguars
    CB/S Eric Rowe, Utah

    - Depth needs at both spots, so it's a natural fit for the high riser Rowe. He's a long corner, the deep speed seemed to be there in his pro day, and he's a decent tackler. I think he comes in and starts right away for a Gus Bradley revamped defense.

    #37 - New York Jets
    QB Brett Hundley, UCLA

I didn't really expect to draft two UCLA players back to back, but with the Jets possible looking to move on from Geno Smith with the addition of Ryan Fitzpatrick, New York has the third best quarterback drop to them. If they make the mistake of letting Hundley go, he could easily be drafted by one of several teams behind them, including the Buffalo Bills. If they feel Fitzpatrick or Geno Smith can give them a solid year then expect a replacement for Breno Giacomini in Jake Fisher.

An athlete at the position who has been under duress while at UCLA and shows poise in the pocket but is still learning to read defenses and needs better pocket awareness. Hundley has a good arm on him and will take a shot deep to covered receivers. He's got plenty of upside but can run hot and cold.

Oof. That's just awful. Give me a second to take that pick in. Ugh.

    #38 Washington Redskins
    P.J. Williams, CB, Florida State

After pulling the semi-shocker of the draft, and grabbing another quarterback in the Top 5, the Redskins go back to need: secondary. Safety was an option here, but with the thought of moving DeAngelo Hall to free safety, that may lessen than need a little. Height/weight/speed corners with good close quarters skills are going to dry up fast in this draft.

    #39 - Chicago Bears
    OT Jake Fisher, Oregon

Chicago could use an upgrade on the line at right tackle where Jordan Mills is currently projected to start. Fisher offers versatility as he was able to man the left tackle position when Oregon's regular starter went down. He's got good size and athleticism for the position and a very coachable prospect. It's funny how the Bear's Ryan Pace made a pledge to bring a solid defense back to Chicago but the first two picks are offensive base.

The Bears will strongly consider adding a linebacker like Stephone Anthony who is climbing draft boards or bring in either Eddie Goldman or Carl Davis as the Bears could use a Nose Tackle as well with Jay Ratliff's age and Ego Ferguson being looked at as a defensive end.

    #40 - New York Giants
    S Derron Smith, Fresno State

After fixing the offensive line with their first selection, the Giants will move back to the secondary with their second. Antrell Rolle and Stevie Brown are gone, so there's definitely a need at both safety spots for the Giants. Smith is a little undersized, but he can cover the slot, play man high and tackle a bit, too. Should be a day one starter, after four solid years with Fresno State.

    #41 - St Louis Rams
    WR Breshad Perriman, UCF

Another year trying to find a receiver for the Rams. For the most part they like their receivers undersized and quick, or quick and raw like Brian Quick. Which makes the next pick such a Rams selection. Perriman just had an incredible pro day where he ran a sub-4.2. Here is a player that scouts are just waiting for him to give them a reason to draft him. Perriman needs to learn to run more routes and do something about drop balls, but the speed and size will appear to teams looking to draft a receiver outside the first round.

    #42 - Atlanta Falcons
    S Jaquiski Tartt, Samford

    - Considered halfback, but a two down guy should be getable in the next couple rounds with the depth of this draft. Considered guard, but it may be a tad too early for someone I'd consider for a zone block system. So we'll go with Samford SS Jaquiski Tartt. Size, sure tackler, physical skils. He's a little raw (all small school guys are, I guess), but I think he's a potential day one starter, and if not, can be the third safety behind Ismael and Moore.

    #43 - Cleveland Browns
    LB Bernardrick McKinney, Mississippi State

McKinney has the ability to play multiple linebacker positions where he lined up inside and rush from the outside and the Cleveland Browns could use some help after losing Jabaal Sheard and with Karlos Dansby long in the tooth. McKinney is athletic and one of the bigger linebacker prospects, he should fit in and give Pettine some versatility. Bryce Petty can come into play if the Browns are really that desperate for a quarterback they'll reach here. Another prospect that they have their eye on is Damarious Randall of Arizona State even though they are set at safety.

    #44 New Orleans Saints
    DT Malcom Brown, Texas

    - It's highly unlikely he'll fall this far, and this really isn't a huge need for the Saints, but it's classic best player available, and it certainly doesn't hurt their team. Considered a guard and a linebacker here, but the difference between this talent and the next, is a large gap.

    #45 - Minnesota Vikings
    LB Stephone Anthony, Clemson

Going back and forth between Paul Dawson and Stephone Anthony was a battle. Many fans of Dawson will point to his game tape and numbers that led him to his Big 12 Defensive MVP, but the character questions are still there and his awful combine performance. Dawson's pro day may have stopped his fall, but the Vikings take the safer choice.

Anthony was very productive at Clemson and started 35 games, many consider him a lynch pin for the Tigers defense. Athletic with good size and sure tackling have made Anthony a riser in the process and one that the Vikings have made sure to talk with on numerous occassions. Casey Matthews and Audie Cole might not be enough talent for the Vikings at MLB.

    #46 - San Francisco 49ers
    LB Denzel Perryman, Miami (Fla.)

As we go back to back at inside linebacker, it's Perryman, not Paul Dawson who becomes Chris Borland's replacement. And old school, two down thumper, Perryman tackling machine that, on paper, fits perfectly next to a healthy Navarro Bowman. Considered WR here, but there's no great fits on the second round prospects.
