At least with Marty he understands what the Raider tradition use to mean and would be an ultimate Yin/Yang coming together.
It's never a good thing to use tradition as a primary means of operation.

You were just preaching that in the Hall of Fame thread.

Can we not do this pointless dance? He obviously meant to say Mike Shanahan and brainfarted with Marty instead and I was merely playing off that.

No he didn't? He brought up Marty because the only coach type Raider fans hate more than Shanarat is Marty, and he was saying at least Marty has redeemable qualities comparatively and better to go for broke.

Thank you. I should have been clearer about who Rat Face was, use to mentioning him on raider sites that everyone knows what someone means.

I was going for the whole I'd rather have (insert of worst possible solution here) over Shannarat. Shannarat is going to be Art Shell part duex.

Whoops. I somehow read "and" as "than" and that changed the entire context of the first statement

Alright, so it's been making the rounds that the Raiders will probably be the first to hire a coach and that it can come as early as Friday. Yes rumours state that Mike and Kyle want to come as a package, so if it is true, expect a succession plan that will lead to Kyle Shanahan becoming HC down the line, because Mark missed out on Jon Gruden, Mike Shanahan might be the only real name/superstar coach option he has left and an endorsement from John Madden will do it. As you've heard Madden sat in on the Shanahan interview and just that interview.

Tony Sparano will get his interview, and then a possible announcement on Friday on the Raiders selecting their next coach and Art Shell might not be the only two time HC of the Raiders.

    Ugh.
    Nobody lookin out for nobody
Maybe we should try and help somebody or be somebody
Instead of being somebody that makes the news
So everybody can tweet about it
And then they start to R.I.P. about it
And four weeks later nobody even speaks about it.

And this might be enough for me to open up my fandom. Please Buffalo save us from ourselves and hire Shannarat before Davis can sink us further with him!
