I could use more Asian coaches...

Eugene Chung and Rocky Seto ain't cutting it. You can count Chad Morton if you want.

Raiders give Tony Sparano a second interview, but it looks like hiring will be delayed as Mark Davis is looking for candidates to choose other jobs first and go with the left overs.

Ryan Pace believes in defense and ball control in Chicago. He does not consider himself a moneyball GM and believes in building through the draft, which indicate further Todd Bowles is a favorite to land in Chicago and Jay Cutler will be traded for Trent Dilfer.

what does that mean he doesn't consider himself a Moneyball GM?

I think Sparano is our fall back if time runs out on Del Rio. We're fucked either which way.

He doesn't follow the analytics to find cheap alternatives, he appreciates the analytics approach but he wants to be old school.

Yep Sparano is there regardless of when they hire, I fully expect a hire the week of the pro bowl.

Ah, so he'll overpay and be cap strapped like the Saints usually were. Good to know.

If you want to buy a jersey of a shitty safety, just go get a Calvin Pryor.

    Nobody lookin out for nobody
Maybe we should try and help somebody or be somebody
Instead of being somebody that makes the news
So everybody can tweet about it
And then they start to R.I.P. about it
And four weeks later nobody even speaks about it.

oh yea Blitzburgh will never be the same....

Defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau leaving Pittsburgh Steelers | FOX Sports

“I’m resigning this position, not retiring,” LeBeau told the Urbana Daily Citizen. “I had a great run in Pittsburgh. I’m grateful for all the things that have happened to me and thankful for all the support I had in Pittsburgh.”

I wonder how many teams are going to have his number on speed dial... I personally wouldn't mind giving him a look if we're going to 3-4. Mack and Moore in that scheme is $$$$.
