Tigers just can't seem to do anything right.

Right now, the Tigers have not looked very good. They don't seem to be playing well as a team. When Granderson comes back, they should be a bit better. Also, if Inge plays more at 3B, it should help. He's a better fielder than Cabrera is there.

Cabrera seems too non-chalant. After watching the game last night especially.

    My 2 cents.

Inge is the only Tiger hitting right now. Sheffield is off to a cold start again. I see Inge and Sheffield switching up at DH when Granderson comes back. If Leyland is smart, Inge will come in late in the game as a defensive replacement. Tigers have to keep his trade value up because they need pitching BADLY!!

Sheffield doesn't have any feeling in the tip of his left ring finger (i think that's the one). He tore a ligament or something, but said it doesn't bother him because he has no feeling in it. Maybe his jerky-violent swing is starting to catch up to him.

If that violent swing hasn't caught up with him by now, it never will.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't stay healthy this year, he considers retirement.

If he does consider it, that's good reason NOT to trade Inge. Inge's defense and bat a very valuable. They are paying Cabrera for his bat not his glove...so he could move to DH if Sheff does decide to call it quits.

    0-7!!!

This could go on for quite some time. It's not like their schedule gets any easier after this Boston series.

The tigers are just downright awful. In their defense, Dice-K was nasty today
