Yah I know, tigerstripes. The White Sox fan reminds me every other day.

I've been trying to tell Rock that for months now. It's about time the tables get turned on the schedule front.
Sorry I wasn't here for a few days, just had to enjoy the nice weather with some friends.

Well, I'll admit that the first loss the Chisox had me ready to fold up camp...

But that's why we play the games. Chicago came to town down 4.5 and left down 5.5.

I really hope we can get it to 7.5-8 by August. That schedule is just a frigging bear.

    Back to Zach Miner.

The dude sucked harder than a porn star today. Can somebody bring up Sanchez and dangle Miner as bait.

The guy has been meat his past few starts.

I don't know whats up with Miner. He was pretty darn good his first few starts. I wouldn't mind Sanchez coming up at all, him or Zumaya in the rotation would be freaking awesome.

Zumaya would lose a few mph on his fastball if he heads to the rotation. It's much easier to throw harder for two innings than it is for eight. That said, next year, maybe but not now. I like watching hitters faces in the seventh/eighth inning when Zumaya comes out. They've got this "I just ate a turdburger" look going for them.

I think Sanchez should be given a shot just because Miner isn't doing us any good. That said, wouldn't it be sweet if Sanchez comes up and pitches the way he can, Miner finds what he's been missing, and then Maroth comes back.

Talk about a good problem to have!

That would definitely be a good problem to have. Leyland would just probably use the odd man out in the bullpen or send Miner or Sanchez back down in AAA.

I really think that Sanchez deserves a shot. I'm going to the Hens August 4th game versus Louisville.

Hopefully Sanchez pitches. It'd be really nice to see the Reds promote Bailey to Louisville and see two top prospects on the same night.
