Thread: Tigers in 1st with ChiSox loss

  1. #16
Well I rather one of the Soxs to be left out in the cold. Really, Tigers are doing great so far this season. Scary thing is, they could be even better! Craziness. We got a nice weekend full of Indians and Tiger games. I'm surely excited. Hopefully White Sox lose a couple more, Tigers win a couple more. So there is a lil bit more distance between the two teams in the AL Central.

hey, as long as one or two of the following teams are shutout of the playoffs I'd be happy: Red Sox, Yankees, and White Sox...in that order preferably

It was great game yesterday. Watched the whole thing. Tigers beating up on Indians is always a great sight.

I'm just waiting for the Tigers-White Sox series coming up. It'll be exciting.

I guess I can stop pretending that Detroit doesn't have a baseball team now?

Detroit gives up 5 runs in the 9th inning to lose 11-6 to the Yanks.

But with Chicago losing they remain in 1st by 1.5 games.

    White Sox

They have the Yankees, Red Sox, and Champs (on the road) to go through in their next 8 games. The Champs get Cleveland (on the road), Texas, and Detroit in that time. Should be a fun 8 game stretch.

The Yankee-Tigers games are so hard for me. I'm glad yanks won, but seeing Tigers lose, just hurts. As Dam said, it should be a fun 8 game stretch.
