    Rockies Bring Back DeJean

    Reliever Mike DeJean agreed in principle to a one-year contract Thursday, the first piece in the Rockies' attempt to fortify their bullpen... The Rockies are seeking more veteran relievers and have interest in Atlanta's Chris Reitsma, the Dodgers' Elmer Dessens and, in a long shot, San Francisco's Scott Eyre."
    Mike had a 3.19 ERA in 38 games for the Rockies. A smart move by the Rockies to retain his services and get a setup man for Fuentes.
