Rockies Rockies Going For 11 Straight

Rockies are playing great ball as of late and today they will go for a franchise tying record of 11 straight wins in a row. They will take on Seattle as Jason Vargas (2-1 2.35 ERA) will take on Jason Hammel (3-3 4.33 ERA). Don't look now but the Rockies are only 3.5 games out of the WC.

Of all the coaches in the world to manage an 11 game winning streak for the Rockies, it had to be Jim effin' Tracy.

What a great turn around. They are only a few games out of the wild card.

Looks like the winning streak is going to come to halt at this time as they are down 12-3 in the top 8th to the Rays.
