    Holliday inked a 2-year $23 million contract extension with the Rocks. Sucks for BuckFoston's grand proposal of sending Johnny Damon or Hideki Matsui in exchange for Holliday.

    I wonder if Holliday was only willing to go two years. I'm sure the Rockies were looking for more years. They are also working on signing Tulo to a long term deal.

    I wasn't saying that that was going to happen I was just saying it would have been a good move for us...
