    Rockies On Top

    The Rockies finish the first month in first place. This is the first time they have done so since 2000. Their bullpen has the fourth best ERA in the NL. They are also an astonishing 10-3 away from Coors. Rockies are 5-7 at home. Hawpe and Atkins are hitting the ball extremely well and Holliday leads the team in RBI. Aaron Cook is 2-3 with a 3.44 ERA.

    To all you Rockies fans, I gotta give props where it's due. The Rockies are playing spectacular baseball and I hope they keep this up. If Colorado, Arizona and San Diego keep up how their playing now, this should be a tight race the whole year.

    Rockies lose 2 of 3 thanks in part to Albert Pujols. Holliday had a great series too but came up on the short side. Still on top!

    the Rockies are only 1 game back. As I've said in other threads...I really think anyone can win this division and that it will go down to the wire.

    Providence A's ...I am not sure I agree that anyone can win the NL west but in order to win the division they will have to beat out a very tough Rockies Team. This is a team and Fan base that has alot to be proud of win or lose the division.
