    This is what baseball is all about. The fact that the West is so close makes it a joy to follow. The Rockies for a long time were near the bottom of the division and now are on top. I for one hope they stay in the race till the end. However, I am still a Giants fan, and you know what that means!

    I expect that it will stay close regardless if all teams continue to play well or not...it's going to go down to September and ultimately be decided in the last week or so IMHO.

    Marlins are another good young team with a lot of talent. This team is going to win some ballgames and progressively get better as the year goes on.
