I'd keep Swarzak, especially if the Twins trade Santana. Ryan Sweeney will produce as well. Ben Revere is a few years from the bigs, so he's pretty risky. Neil Walker looked promising, but has not progressed as well as hoped. Mayberry might be OK as well.

I really don't know what you're asking to be honest coach, but I wouldn't keep Stubbs in comparison to some of the other position player names you have there. Right now his bat had a long road to travel to being major league worthy and even then, he has holes in his game and realistically with his current skill set projects to be a Mike Cameron like player (mediocre batting average, plus defense from centerfield, plus power, and lots of strikeouts.)
