Indians designated OF David Dellucci for assignment.
Dellucci was hitting just .275/.333/.350 in 45 at-bats. Seems like an awfully small sample to give up on him, but Cleveland needed the recalled Rafael Perez more.
Dellucci could definitely help some team and will be picked up pretty quickly. I would love to see the Marlins pick him because they desperately need OF help. This move had to be made because Perez is needed more than a 5th OFer.
