    Indians Looks like Sowers to be assigned to start the season..

    I saw that Sowers was going to be assigneed to start the year. Sounds like Lee is first up to get the #5 starter spot

    Well, this was to be expected. I also expect Laffey to be assigned to AAA Buffalo within the coming days.

    The Indians want them to both pitch on a regular basis, not sporadically out of the bullpen. Sowers is #1 and Laffey is #2 if Lee falters or gets hurt...so I can definatly see why they would be in Buffalo's starting rotation.

    That is the most logical thing to do. Good for the Indians!!! For once, an organization makes sense.

    Thanks for the jinx, now Laffey will end up being long releif out of the bullpen for the Indians lol!
