Time to turn things around...Pettitte will gets this team going and Jeter will finally get this team to play like they can. The Yankees are alot better of a team then what they showed tonight and they know that. They know that they can get more then just 5 hits. We have the leaders, we have the talent and we haven't the managerial unit to win this series. The Yankees just need to put their heads on straight and just forget about tonight. The Yankees will rebound very well and win this game 6-3.

I have to tip my cap to Kenny Lofton. I never would have thought that he would be this productive. He is already 2-2 tonight and had an amazing game last night. Its kind of cool to see old guys producing.

All tied up because of gnats. These bugs are fricking ridiculous!

Congrats on game 2. Despite the gnats, the Yankees had no business winning that game with the abysmal showing of the offense... AGAIN.

Damn what a game. I listened to most of it in my car while running around some eastside suburbs with a few friends. Caught innings 8-11 at Trader Jacks Riverside Grille. On my drive back west, I saw so much Yankee stuff on cars and New York/Jersey plates, you guys travel well.

A bunch of guys stopped at the gas station I work at to buy beer, they were pretty cool. Some light ribbing, laughs, and I got invited along to drink.

Now it's on to Bronx, New York for game 3 and 4 if needed.

    Final score in 11 innings:

    Yankees 1
    Indians 2

    Indians lead ALDS 2-0

    Winning Pitcher: Rafael Pérez (1-0)
    Losing Pitcher: Luis Vizcaíno (0-1)

    Player of the game:

Travis Hafner- It's really hard to give it to anyone else when he was the only Indian with an RBI in the entire game, and it happened to be the game winning RBI. So congrats Pronk, you are my choice for the player of the game.

Awesome game. I watched from the 8th on and I knew Pronk would come through in that situation. It was great to see Lofton crossing home yet again in the series too.

Oh and those gnats or mosquitos or whatever they were.... that was just insane. Chamberlain was definitely getting affected by that I believe (hell, he had probably 20 on his nick).
