And again, OPS is the statistic to look at. The HR will likely be lowered for Soriano at RFK.
OPS is not the stat to look at for Soriano as I have clearly pointed out, his production numbers are. I fail to see how driving in runs is weak but oh well. Soriano's past success makes my argument so I don't see the point of going on with this. Have fun Mr. Gammons.

The Mets don't have the pitching to make a deal like that work. They won't give up Pelfrey and they have nothing else that's even remotely worth Griffey.

Well, since Krivsky pulled the WMP deal, I guess I wouldn't count this one as being out of the realm of possibility.

Well, Soriano's behavior isn't exactly making him appealing anywhere.

Good job by Texas' GM (Daniels?) in trading him for Wilkerson+

He is only hurting himself by not switching gloves. Mets might make a move.

No, he's hurting the Nats, too.

As much as I dislike Soriano, he's sure better than Michael Tucker.

Not to mention Willkerson will be as good if not better at a much cheaper price.

How about Milton, Freel, and a prospect for Soriano and Drese(sp?)?

There were rumors last year during the season that Washington was interested in Milton. And with Wom-crack, we have less of a need for Freel. Drese is crap, but he would put better numbers up in GAB than Milton.
