    The Race for Second Base
    The Winner is:
    Rich Aurilia

Sorry, your guy didn't win. But don't worry: your guy may well be taking over in May and be an All-Star before the season is done.

Rich Aurilia won three of the four times I did it, Olmedo won when I picked him.

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

Congratulations! Freel really is the best guy for the job. Now if he can just keep himself off the DL (and out of jail) the Reds are set at second.

Hosmack won every time I did it. The bit about Narron picking veteran leadership is true, though.

I picked Woemack hoping that RHM set up some awesome Bizarro World and sure enough the results we're to my liking as Ryan Freel was the winner.

Narron's Take: "Eh, Freel did play a bit better but boy was Tony Woemack's head scrappy out there. His head really gives us such a presence both in the clubhouse and on the field."

Sorry, your guy didn't win. But your guy can still be useful: he can get things off the high shelf for little Ray Ray.

Ha. I picked Womack. Isn't he like 4'5?

When I said "high shelf" I meant "kitchen counter."
