Aside from the usual talk about fundamentals, he said the practice of splitting the spring training roster into two squads and having morning and afternoon workouts - an O'Brien-initiated program the last two springs that was not very popular in the clubhouse - would come to an end."

I think that alone will make Narron more successful than Miley.
