To trade BP or not to trade BP

That appears to be the question of the day with the Reds. Most every beat writer says that BP is on the block so that the Reds can free up payroll, either to make a run at re-signing Shin-Soo Choo and/or getting some other help (probably rotation help). Question of the day: would you all be agreeable to BP being dealt?

Re: To trade BP or not to trade BP

BP to me has become the Reds Equivilant of Chad Ocho Cinco. When he was making the pro bowl every year you could tolerate his childish bs.

BP is getting close to that with me with all the crap he's spewed this year. He's been a circus, a disappointment with the bat outside of RBI totals, basically called the Reds organization liars, complained about Votto's contract, talked about whatever the heck "swag" is, and pissed off the boss (which resulted in Baker's firing IMO).

His glove won't make up the fact he's going to lose his bat and still have to pay him that contract. I would trade him in the right deal but if he's in as much hot water as is being reported he won't be a Red after the winter meetings.

BP to me is an oil company that was mired in controversy for flooding the Gulf with oil a couple years ago. Can we quit calling players by their initials?
