Harang racks up another strike out to start off the third inning. I hope he continues to flourish. he is doing well right now.

Lopez is really having problems with his throws still. Luckily Casey has been digging them up, but he needs to improve on this.

Harang closes out the 4th inning with his 4th strikeout. Solid job going for him. So far looks like our best pitcher. If this off season was as effective as they were for him in years past, Harang could be at the top of his game. And I believe he is there.

And Ishii tells Harang that he isn't the only one that can strike out batters as he strikes out the side. Lets go Harang show him who is better.

Heh, Ishii strikes out all three Reds in the 4th inning. All three go down swinging too.

Nice turn from Freel to turn the DP.
And Dunn with an awesome catch for the third out. Great catch there.
    Harang continues to impress.

    my thoughts so far.

well too bad it looks like Lopez can't find the 1st basemen during the regular season.
I still say move DJ to SS and have Freel play at 2nd every day, DJ looked very good last night, i would love to see him in the 7th spot in the order to drive in Randa, or maybe even 2nd on days when Jr isn't in the lineup

Pena.. wow, see that is why he needs to play everyday, when you ask him to pinch hit, well you saw it last night, but when he is in there everyday, he is just about as exciting as Adam Dunn.

Today would have been a good day to see, the OF, i would want our future to be, even though Jr was fantastic last night.

Harang is looking to pull off the best start for the Reds this season my order Harang, Wilson, Milton, can't wait to see Ortiz tomorrow.

Bottom 6...Ishii and Harang have each allowed one hit, Lopez just grounded out and Casey flew out.

Lopez needs PT if he's going to improve on D.

Why did Harang leave the game?

Also good to see Felo get a good throw on that double play.

well.. i don't know what lopez's problem is, you would think it would have went away since he has had this problem for 3 years now.

Harang left because he had thrown nearly 100 pitches for a first start of a season that isn't too good, but he left in a good situation
